Kingcera newly developed ceramic metal composite product was officially launched in 2018

Kingcera newly developed ceramic metal composite product was officially launched in January 2018. The first batch of ceramic metal composite products have been sent to foundry factory for testing. Kingcera has been closely following the trial situation and further optimize and improve the production process. Now we have got a very positive result from our customer that is the working life time of our ceramic metal composite product is higher than foundry factory metal products by 2.5-3 times.

 

Kingcera ceramic metal composite product is a new wear-resistant material, which has both the abrasion resistance and impact resistance of ceramic materials. After nearly 2 years of research and development, over one hundred times of production tests, Kingcera technical team has solved the positioning, and evenly dispersed in the ceramics in metal materials, ceramic and metal material interface compatible materials, ceramic and metal composite technology, composite materials, the post-processing, and a series of technical problems in successful preparation of ceramic metal composite materials. The composite material (Kingcera ZTA ceramic particle and metal material) can solve the problem of high anti-wear of equipment under high impact condition.
